Minhee and I stayed one night at the Carmel Hyatt for celebrating 18th anniversary and visited this restaurant next morning. Because of COVID19, only outside seating was available. We ordered eggs Benedict and coffee. Coffee was really really good, it was perfect balance to me. Actually, smell, bitterness and sourness were good. And eggs also really well cooked. To me, this restaurant is five star.
